Will I get the same cleaner?

We pride ourselves on giving a friendly professional service. You’re letting us into your home and you want someone you can trust and know. We will provide the same cleaner each week so you know who to expect. If for some reason there is a need to change, you would be told in advance and this person would only attend after they have met you, and you have said you are happy.

What is the minimum amount of time you can attend?

We will tailor your service to your needs however many times a week or month. The minimum amount of time we will attend is 2 hours.

How often can you come?

That depends on your requirements. When we put your package together we will agree on what best suits your needs.

How would you get into my property?

We are flexible and will work around you. If you are always going to be in when we attend then you can let us in. Alternatively, and if your happy to let us have a spare key, we can let ourselves in.

What would happen if you lost my keys?

We would like to think that this wouldn’t happen as we take the upmost care of your property whether we’re within it, or have access to the keys. But we do accept that accidents do happen and we make sure we have all the cover possible. If the worst does happen we will be prompt to resolve the matter and have insurance if we have to replace the locks.

What payment do you accept?

We can accept cash, cheque or electronic payment through the bank via the Internet.

What if I am not happy with the service I received?

We would be very disappointed and surprised if you were not satisfied with the service you received and would do everything possible to rectify the situation. At the same time we would encourage communication between yourselves and us and would prefer to deal with any concerns straight away to resolve the problem. A lot of the time its miscommunication, with either party expecting or wanting something different.

What would happen if  you damage my property?

We take great care in peoples property whether home or work but accidents do happen. We would ensure that every step is taken to replace or mend the damaged item and offer our sincere apologies.

Are you insured?

Of course we are. We have full public liability insurance to carry out the services we offer.

Do you have to sign up for a minimum length of time?

No you don’t. We understand that peoples circumstances change and fully appreciate that one month our services might be required and the next they aren’t and this could be down to many reasons.

Can you provide references?

Of course we can, there are also testimonials on our website of satisfied and happy customers.
